My practice attributes itself within photographic and sculptural works, drawing from pop and minimal art, ultimately birthing works that play on both a cerebral and emotional level. Creating works infused with sexuality and death on a near autobiographical level has been a focus of mine, whilst simultaneously confronting and exploring Postmodern theories such as mechanical and digital reproduction. Exploring these themes through photographic, installation and other artistic means has been my past practice, utilising these mediums to observe and explore the human organism and functions, addressing both the nature of consciousness and it’s physical existence.
